Trichloroethylene (TCe) is a chemical that has been linked to Parkinson’s. IT also contaminates silicon valley.

Silicon Valley is home to the world’s technology giants - and to more toxic EPA Superfund sites than any other place in the country.

In the 1960s and 1970s, semiconductor manufacturing used trichloroethylene (TCE) to clean silicon chips. The soil and groundwater are now contaminated with the chemical. It evaporates into the air and fills people’s homes, causing cancer, cardiac defects, and Parkinson’s disease.
